We will explore strategies for fostering a classroom environment that is both inviting and highly functional.  Participants will learn practical techniques for building a positive classroom culture, establishing clear expectations, and optimizing organization to enhance student engagement. We will discuss the elements of a classroom that create a space where all students feel valued and supported while maximizing instructional time. 

This session is 120 minutes and will cover 2 sessions. This session equips new teachers with practical, research-based techniques from Teach Like a Champion, Love and Logic, and student leadership strategies to create a structured, engaging, and student-centered classroom. By implementing these ideas, teachers can minimize behavior issues and distractions while maximizing student learning and engagement. Participants will leave with actionable strategies to build strong relationships, set high expectations, and empower students to take ownership of their learning.
