About me
Rene Rohrer has 25 years’ worth of experience across various roles and settings in the field of education, primarily in special education. She earned her teacher licensure and her Master of Teaching through WNMU Gallup.
Her first teaching assignment in Navajo, New Mexico was responsible for igniting a lifelong passion for literacy, self-determination, and advocacy in special education. Her career has spanned three states but has come full circle and expanded into the areas of behavior, social emotional learning, trauma and working with staff around best practices.
