About me
Monica Nuñez is the Elevate NM liaison at the New Mexico Public Education Department's Educator Growth and Development Bureau. The Educator Quality Division created her position intentionally created for the teacher evaluation program support needed at the school district and campus levels. With extensive experience in instruction, classroom management, and teacher evaluation systems, Monica is passionate about empowering educators to drive student success. Ms. Nuñez has worked with Elevate NM as its dedicated liaison since March of 2022, continuously supporting schools using the evaluation system to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
